Creative Arts & Literacy Events

The Power of Literacy Foundation is more than a tutoring service. It is an opportunity to create meaningful experiences within the community and expose individuals to quality experiences in literacy.

Our Creative Arts & Literacy Events program is designed to engage the community in the joys of literacy. We also will create a safe space for youth and young adults to engage their time in purposeful, creative, and enriching ways.

Through this program, we will host:

• Book signings and live interviews featuring highly esteemed and on the rise authors

• Write and Draw events combining art and written expression

• Pop-up storytelling nights

• Youth Poetry Jams

• Rhythm and rhyme music nights
